Get Through the Tough Stuff

Ms “V” has taken a “spiritual bat”, knocked the devils head off and made a home-run for Jesus. Recently, my body was under an attack (rectal bleeding). Had to be hospitalized, have a Colonoscopy, and get blood transfusions; nevertheless, I had no PAIN during the entire ordeal. (OBTW – a couple of days before all this I went to my Doctor’s to discover that I had Shingles.) One week later, I am home, bleeding stopped and now I know how to live so it doesn’t happen again.

If you’ve been “going through” - God has a purpose for you – don’t give up. Don’t give in to circumstances. Below you will find some scriptures that I confessed over my body (in my own words but scriptural references):

“Tell only a few (those who know how to pray) about your malady. You may not even need to ask them to PUSH (Pray Until Something Happens) so you can be well. The prayers of Godly people count for a lot.” James 5:16

“We TBR (Trust – Believe – Receive). We don’t go by what it looks like.” II Cor. 5:7

“Because of God, I do not fear. I have power, keep me some love and I have all my senses intact.” II Tim. 1:7

“God’s not a punk. He said it (whatever IT may be) and He’ll make it happen. He doesn’t lie.” Num. 23:19
