Email intrusion – are you a culprit?

Have you ever received an email and you have NO idea who the sender is? You keep getting unwanted emails from them and now you’ve been added to other lists of unknown people. You are a busy person (just as we all try not to be), and your email is clogged with SPAM. Here is an example of “Email Intrusion” from Jacksonville Florida to everyone and to everywhere.

Your wife; the lady next door; your brother; my foot Doctor; important person; boxxcafe; Someone who doesn’t care; SuSu’s publisher; don’t know you either; lady in Germany; my Pastor; your Pastor; God (this would be called-Prayer); the cat; farmer Joke; etc.

(this is where names that YOU know personally should go)

Thanks for the info Ms. “V” - see attachments

This was a response from one of the Harassed contacts addressed to Ms. “V” and this is the way an email should be sent:

Subject: Pass It On
Why am I getting these emails? Could you please remove my email address from this list? I am receiving all the correspondences going back and forth, and I don't know why. I have no involvement in Ms. V's submission and I will not open attachments sent to my email box from “Mr. Want to send to everyone”, or any other person I do not know.

Signed,
Harassed

This person didn’t need to receive this email nor did they desire to see your attachments. When sending off emails to people whom you know personally, kindly add their names to “BCC” (Blind Courtesy/Carbon Copy) so that others won’t have access to other peoples email addresses. I had to send an apology note to all the people that I had mistakenly sent the original email to. Yes, I forgot to “BCC”. Please don’t let this be you. Know the people who you email. And to those who have done this, just remind them nicely “to stop”. When you “BCC”, it makes your email more personable even if you’ve sent it to many, many others.
