The last time that Barry and
Donna were in Jacksonville, Florida from November 15 - 19, 2007; the shows sold
out. So why would you miss
Rainere
Hale Martin’s God-given musical
talent manifested itself at an early age, but today, Donna Summer tribute
artist Rainere Martin (often known simply as Rainere), takes her talent all
around the country entertaining and winning the love of audiences from coast to
coast.
Following a standing ovation performance on the national television show ‘Showtime
at the Apollo’, Rainere realized the musical pulse of the 70s and her passion
for honoring its iconic disco singer, Donna Summer, was the niche she
had been searching for. She went to work developing her tribute
performance and presented it before audiences of all sizes. The sounds of funk, soul and pop are infused
in each of Rainere’s performances.
Rainere is one of the most talented musical impersonators/tribute artist on
tour today. Her debut performance with
Legends in Concert at Bakers Atlantic City dazzled the audience. She has graced the stage at the Tropicana in
Atlantic City and BB King’s in New York. Rainere has perfected her ability to entertain
crowds with the classic disco sounds of the ’70s.
Jourdan
Carroll is just one of those singers that you never want to
forget. Walking away from his soulful
voice at the end of a show gives you hope and admiration of his talent. Known to some of his friends and fans as Big
Daddy Boo Bear, Jourdan Carroll has worked his entire life on his voice as he
practiced daily on his vocal range for years before he finally mastered his
iconic sound. His voice is so deep and
mesmerizing it is often associated with the voice of the legendary Barry
White. After being noted so many times
of his resemblance to Mr. White, he decided to bring the 70’s soul star back to
life.
Beside Barry White, he is also a tribute artist of Luther Vandross, Isaac
Hayes, Lou Rawls, Teddy Pendergrass, Freddy Jackson and Philip Bailey of Earth,
Wind & Fire. Jourdan Carroll and his
enthralling stage presence will be something to see for years to come. The performances are known throughout the
nation and are slowly making their way to international ears. Along with his musical talents, Jourdan
Carroll is also a fashion designer and has developed a line of contemporary
male clothing.
Take a listen of their dynamic quality right HERE and call
the Alhambra for a chance to see this dynamic duo. If you’d like to be whisked-back to the
seventies, you better get your tickets and get ready for the time of your life. Don’t wait too long. There are a few seats left.

which sent the internet into overdrive with fans hoping their city would get
one final KISS show. The band announced today the first set of dates and cities
in North America, produced by Live Nation and including a stop at

Known for their trademark larger-than-life blistering performances, KISS has proven for decades why they
are hands down the most iconic live show in rock n roll. The Rock & Roll Hall of Famers who have
sold more than 100 million albums worldwide have said this tour is devoted to
the millions of KISS Army fans.
"All that we have built and all that
we have conquered over the past four decades could never have happened without
the millions of people worldwide who've filled clubs, arenas and stadiums over
those years. This will be the ultimate
celebration for those who've seen us and a last chance for those who haven't. KISS Army, we're saying goodbye on our final
tour with our biggest show yet and we'll go out the same way we came in...
Unapologetic and Unstoppable," said KISS.

Atlantic Records recording group “Straight
No Chaser” has announced early details of their upcoming One Shot Tour
with a tour stop at the historic, nonprofit Florida Theatre for one performance
only!
Marking the 10th Anniversary of their break-out album Holiday Spirits. Founded at Indiana University and discovered
on YouTube, this a cappella group mixes stunning vocals with lively
performances for unique spins on contemporary standards ranging from Charlie

rock classics as well as contemporary pop hits, including “Sweet
Dreams/HandClap” (a mashup of the Eurythmics and Fitz and the Tantrums) and a
show-stopping “Beyonce Medley.”
The upcoming tour coincides with the 10th anniversary of Straight No Chaser
signing with Atlantic Records and releasing their debut album, Holiday
Spirits after a video of the group performing “Twelve Days of Christmas”

2:30 p.m. | Members Free, Non-Members $10 | Registration required. World War I was the first truly mechanized
global war and it changed everything, including art. This four-part series examines how artists
captured the Great War and the post-war world, creating the path for Modern Art
that would send shock waves across the cultural landscape. Those left behind felt the impact of the Great
War as well. London and Paris were draped in khaki with soldiers on leave and
wounded coming home. The war in the air
left them in rubble. The new Imperial
War Museum in London helped create assignments of official war artists, while
their Women’s Commission sought to document the new roles that women were
taking in hopes of finally achieving women’s suffrage. Bernard Meninsky, Anna Airy, Childe Hassam,
Marsden Hartley, and Eric Kennington created art that evoked the stress and
camaraderie of the Home Front. Join Museum staff to discover Artists &
World War I: The Home Front including
time in the galleries. Space is limited.
